What is Brushland?
Brushland is a cozy sandbox kingdom-builder from Transhuman Design. Instead of placing prefabs from a menu, you paint terrain tile by tile: raise mountains, carve rivers, and lay roads, then watch homes, farms, and castles emerge from the landscape.
The game is built around a relaxed single-player loop with no clock and no failure state. Villagers arrive by boat, settle into the buildings that form, and ask for bridges, work, or better views. Finished kingdoms can be recolored with 42 color looks or shared as short text codes, while the included level editor and Steam Workshop support open the door to community-made maps.
